Here is what changed in Praising.ai in October.
A "Hide from widgets" switch on each review keeps that one review off your website widgets while your badge average stays the same.
A Google profile checklist on Home and the Visibility page shows what is missing from your Google listing and links to Google to fix each item.
Analytics has date ranges and a printable report you can download with your business name, logo and the same figures the screen shows.
When a customer replies to a review-request email, the reply now reaches your business at an address you set in Settings or your owner email.
Reviews can be credited to the staff member the customer named, and a leaderboard screen shows each person's count.
You are notified when your monthly email, text-message or AI allowance reaches 80% and again at 100%, with the reset date and an upgrade button.
Every page in the side menu now shows a name under its icon, and phones get a Menu button that reaches every page, Settings and Log out.
Reply drafts can now be written in the language of the review, with a Translate button so you can read them before approving.
The review page's Link menu now has "Use on an NFC tag" with your permanent review link, setup steps and a printable sticker.
Buttons and links in emails and on phone screens are now large enough to tap easily with a thumb.
Each location now uses its own name in review requests, texts, alerts and drafted posts instead of the account name.
On phones the setup launcher covered page content and the Account button; it is now docked above the tab bar and leaves the menu reachable.
A double full stop appeared after a business name ending in a period in review-request emails and alert emails; only one full stop now shows.
